Thomas Thumberger
Thomas Thumberger graduated and earned his PhD in developmental biology and embryology at Hohenheim University, where he investigated the establishment of the left-right axis in vertebrates. In 2011, he joined the Centre of Organismal Studies at Heidelberg University as a postdoc in Jochen Wittbrodt’s lab, and became a group leader in 2018.
